Full-Time Marketing Manager for California (Remote Work Position)

Job Description & Responsibilities
The Marketing Manager for the California region can work remotely. The Marketing Manager is:
- Responsible for developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans for the company.
- Designs and develops marketing strategies in line with company objectives and goals.
- Creates new ideas for new campaigns, coordinating with sales team and other departments to produce effective strategies.
- Have full understanding of marketing trends, flow, company strategy and how to implement.
- Responsible for learning our company’s tools, TOM (CRM) & MBS (Mortgage Information), and ability to communicate effectively and train sales on marketing tactics.
- Identifies cost effective methods in achieving marketing objective to achieve budget goal.
- Responsible for managing and improving lead generation campaigns.
- Responsible for brand management and corporate identity.
- Must be able to prepare online and print marketing campaigns.
- Responsible for monitoring and report effectiveness of marketing communications.
