Job Description & Responsibilities

The Marketing Manager for the California region can work remotely. The Marketing Manager is:

  • Responsible for developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans for the company.
  • Designs and develops marketing strategies in line with company objectives and goals.
  • Creates new ideas for new campaigns, coordinating with sales team and other departments to produce effective strategies.
  • Have full understanding of marketing trends, flow, company strategy and how to implement.
  • Responsible for learning our company’s tools, TOM (CRM) & MBS (Mortgage Information), and ability to communicate effectively and train sales on marketing tactics.
  • Identifies cost effective methods in achieving marketing objective to achieve budget goal.
  • Responsible for managing and improving lead generation campaigns.
  • Responsible for brand management and corporate identity.
  • Must be able to prepare online and print marketing campaigns.
  • Responsible for monitoring and report effectiveness of marketing communications.

  • Business Insight – Marketing Manager should have knowledge about our company and its marketing style.
  • Budget – management skills and proficiency
  • Must be proficient in MS Office Applications
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
