Job Description

Reporting to the Director of District Identity, the Digital Marketing Coordinator is responsible for managing and producing content for digital marketing platforms. The Digital Marketing Coordinator is also responsible for assisting the Director of District Identity with the development of promotions and awareness campaigns designed to increase the impact of all inbound and outbound marketing for the Downtown Modesto Partnership and its brands. The Digital Marketing Coordinator is a part-time, hourly position with a primary responsibility toward enhancing the image of the Downtown Modesto Partnership and the DoMo District brand, including:

  • Production of unique social media content for every digital channel
  • Management of Downtown Modesto Partnership’s brand websites
  • Social media analysis
  • Assistance with company newsletter

Responsibilities


  • Photography and photo editing
  • Videography and video editing
  • Brand digital content using DMP-owned design elements
  • Copywrite for social media
  • Curate shareable external social media content that drives the DoMo District brand
  • Update webpages with fresh content
  • Manage the Downtown Events Calendar
  • Manage the Culture Cuisine Community (C3) Directory
  • Create search engine optimization
  • Assist with company newsletter and blog
  • Manage digital media analytics to measure efficacy of all digital campaigns, understand the audience, and monitor real-time measurements of social activities
  • Provide assistance to the Director of District Identity with the safeguarding of brand identity and production of special projects for the DoMo District

Salary

  • $15.00 to $20.00 /hour
  • 20 - 29 hours per week
