Are you an experienced Customer Service Representative and/or Call Center Agent who is looking for more opportunity and self-fulfillment in your career? We have full and part time openings at Monte Vista Small Animal Hospital located in the beautiful town of Turlock. We are looking for experienced CSR agents to join our team. In this dynamic role you will be responsible for ensuring the hospital’s high standards of customer and patient care are maintained and that all operational efficiencies are met. CSR's ensure that clients are checked-in, roomed and checked out in a timely manner and ensure that our clients have the best care while at our hospital. Our CSR’s must also have a proactive approach that embraces the hospital’s customer-focused vision.

Responsibilities

  • Answer all incoming calls (very high volume.)
  • Educate clients on preventative and routine care for their pet(s).
  • Assist clients with scheduling appointments in our veterinary software database.
  • Be knowledgeable about all aspects of veterinary care and be able to answer our clients questions thoughtfully and efficiently.

Qualifications

Education: 

High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience: 

Veterinary Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)

Skills/Abilities

  • All applicants must possess strong communication skills, excellent phone skills, have a positive and upbeat attitude, be able to remain calm in stressful medical situations, be organized at all times in a fast paced environment, and be able to prioritize and multi-task efficiently.
  • Employees need to always demonstrate compassion with a positive attitude, exhibit excellent communication and teamwork skills, and be able to work in a fast paced environment with the ability to multi-task. Bilingual is a plus!
  • Call Center Agents must also have the knowledge and understanding of the vision of Monte Vista Small Animal Hospital to provide extraordinary customer care to our clients and exceptional care to our patients.
