Job Description & Responsibilities

Company was founded in 2012 and is a product developer and distributor of cannabis and industrial hemp products and has grown to become one of the largest cannabis CPG companies both in the USA and Internationally. The company is dedicated to advancing cannabis technology by creating holistic and natural cannabis products that promote maximum wellness to both human and pet consumers.
  • Report to the Regional Sales Manager.
  • Manage and lead sales for existing relationships with all decision-makers within assigned territory including dispensary owners, store managers, store managers,distributors, brokers, budtenders, ancillary and influential organizations, and customers.
  • Analyze sales performance data and competitive insights to improve strategy and execution at each account.
  • Communicate challenges with existing relations to senior management.
  • Travel onsite to a minimum of 10 dispensaries per day within geographical territory.
  • Demonstrate creative and out of the box thinking.
  • Highlight special pricing, new products, product revisions, etc for incentivized selling opportunities.
  • Must be willing to travel daily.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree and a minimum of 2 years of experience preferred.
  • Live in the Modesto area of California or in a close driving distance.
  • Detail-oriented with interest in working in a dynamic growth stage company.
  • Motivated and a self-starter.
  • Leadership and customer management skills.
  • Extremely assertive with exceptional emotional quotient.
  • Superior time management skills, ability to multi-task, set priorities and plan.
  • Strong use of influencing skills to gain alignment, agreement, and commitments (internal and external).
  • Excellent communications skills; ability to send and receive information clearly and concisely.
  • Ability to work independently and part of a team.
  • Proficient Excel skills.
  • CPG experience is preferred.
