Job Description & Responsibilities

We are in search of individual who is creative, outgoing and self-motivated, to design, produce, post and manage Social Media and Web content with the goal of achieving the broadest brand recognition possible. You will:

  • Manage and maintain Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube and other social media resources.
  • Understand social media metrics and SEO.
  • Shoot, edit and produce video content, both technical and promotional in nature.
  • Shoot still photographs of both product and lifestyle subjects in the field or studio.
  • Place videos and photos on social media with the goal of achieving the broadest distribution.
  • Design and produce printed media (brochures, web banners, shirts and posters).
  • Develop new or make revisions to existing InDesign and Illustrator files and other marketing material as needed.
  • Gather feedback from team members on Web development and social media graphical needs.

Qualifications

We need:

  • Someone to create quality and compelling social media content.
  • A candidate who understands Social Media Platforms like Facebook, Instagram, You Tube and Twitter and can generate views, likes and share.
  • A person who can produce and edit high quality, professional video content.
  • An individual with photography skills to create content for training and social media use.
  • A genuinely nice individual who will thieve in a diverse and dynamic work environment.
  • Stay up to date on the latest social media best practices, trends and technology.
  • Can work well independently and in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of Branding Development is essential.
